You can expect a one-on-one appointment with your provider, every time. From the moment you walk in the clinic, you’ll notice the group environment is almost like a family gathering. We give you more dedicated time than other providers because we want to get to know you and help solve your specific problem!
Here at Essential Motion, we’ve created a unique environment for treating and managing a wide variety of musculskeletal conditions. We want to empower our patients to maximize their health and performance so you can remain active and have a better chance for a successful outcome. Our treatments are targeted at helping YOU reach YOUR goals.
This consists of 45 minute history and exam so we can get to know you and understand your problem. We will put you through specific testing and movement exams to understand how your body will best respond to the treatment options that we offer.
We will explain our findings and let you know what is contributing to the problem. We will then discuss your goals and give a treatment plan that is tailored to you and your needs.
The first few visits are targeted at reducing pain, managing symptoms. We want to reduce the intensity, frequency, and duration of your symptoms.
As symptoms begin to decrease, the goal will shift towards restoration and improvement of function. This means goals will be set based on the movements and demands of your daily life and tasks.
Once recovery of function has been reached, we can transition to maintenance care to prevent recurrence and keep you moving well. Consistent check-ins can help keep those aches from becoming bigger pains.
