Dr. Keaton Hoeke is a chiropractor at Essential Motion Spine & Sport. Dr. Hoeke is originally from Elkhorn, Nebraska, and attended Elkhorn South High School. He went on to Hastings College, where he played college baseball and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science.
Following his undergraduate education, Dr. Hoeke attended Cleveland University–Kansas City where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic. During his time in school, he developed a strong interest in movement-based care and helping patients better understand their pain and recovery process. He also completed an internship at Essential Motion Spine & Sport, gaining hands-on experience and insight into the clinic’s approach to patient care before joining the team.
Dr. Hoeke utilizes principles from Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) along with dry needling and rehabilitation exercises to help patients address the root cause of their pain. He emphasizes patient education and works closely with each individual to ensure they understand their condition and the purpose behind their treatment plan, allowing them to take an active role in their recovery.
Outside of the office, Dr. Hoeke enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, playing pickleball, watching movies, playing card and board games, and spending time with his wife, Madison, his family, and his friends.
