Briana Cudly, BS, LMT

Briana has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2005.  She has a Bachelors degree in Biology from the University of Nebraska Omaha, and studied Anatomy and Physiology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.  In 2005 Briana graduated from Omaha School of Massage Therapy (OSMT) and obtained her National Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB).  She then started her own practice, as well as taught Traditional Chinese Medicine at OSMT.  Briana specializes in, but is not limited to, Headache Care and Sports Massage. She has worked with athletes of all calibers, including the Olympic Swim Trials, UFL Omaha Nighthawks, LFL Omaha Heart, Lincoln Marathon, and many more.  She is also member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and serves as Board Member and Government Relations Chair for AMTA-NE.

Briana believes everyone should play an active role in their own healthcare and that prevention is the key to a healthy life.  As a massage therapist, she works to educate the public on the physiological and psychological benefits of massage.  Briana knows that as this education takes place, the perception of massage will change from that of pampering to that of healthcare.

Rod Johnson MS, LMT

Rod has been a Licensed Massage therapist since 2009 when he graduated from Omaha School of Massage Therapy. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Presentation College and a Masters of Science in Health and Human Serves from Doane University. Rod played college basketball and professional basketball overseas as well as coached college basketball. This experience directly affects his perspective on the importance of massage therapy as part of an active lifestyle. Rod believes, no matter where one is on the activity spectrum – professional athlete to geriatric – massage therapy is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle.

Rod enjoys deep tissue work, sports massage, and stretching as well as lighter work and comfort touch. When Rod is not treating clients at CM&W, he is doing out calls at senior living facilities in Omaha. Many of his clients are hospice patients, which can be emotionally difficult. But, this is far outweighed by the reward of providing comfort, peace, and dignity to clients and their families in difficult times.

Anna Swahn, LMT

Anna has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2008 after she graduated from Omaha School of Massage Therapy. She started out massaging at a personal trainer’s studio, then worked as a Massage Therapist in a Chiropractic clinic for 9 years, 5 of those years were in a Chiropractic office in Phoenix, Arizona. Anna’s focus is deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, pregnancy massage, cupping, and hot stone massage. She also likes working with cancer patients and cancer survivors. Anna believes, everyone should get a massage! Maintenance routine massages are a very important part of mental, emotional, and physical health. Anna has always enjoyed helping people. She focuses on communicate with clients to find the right massage treatment for each individual. When she is not massaging she is spending time with her daughter and traveling.
